At less than 20ft per mile elevation, Rochdale Half was certainly the PB fest that it portrayed itself to be. Starting in front of the Town Hall, the race weaves through the city centre streets before joining the canal approximately a km into the race. The course then follows the canal to Littleborough before taking the runners around Hollingworth Lake, a familiar site from last weekend albeit in reverse. After dropping back down to the canal, the runners retrace their steps before finishing back in front of the town hall.
Once again PBs and Club Records were smashed!

We venture further afield for the next race - Jailbreak 10k. There are still places available for the race and the bus (speak to Dave Redhead) to the event. This also promises to be a fast race with PB potential, it also finishes inside the castle.
